“Our furnace broke on one of the coldest night this winter. We called One Hour first thing in the morning and they gave us an appt for that same day. Thankfully they had a cancellation and were able to get us seen five hours sooner. Our technician was Jelani Quintana and he was excellent. He spent time assessing our furnace and finding the problem. He gave me a thorough explanation with multiple options that fit our budget. Jelani was patient, kind, and detail oriented.
