“I received a consultation for a boiler expansion tank leak from one of the other guys. They told me I needed to replace my piping in order to replace the expansion tank. And they almost robbed me out of thousands of dollars. Not only were they late, they took forever, just to try and rip me off. Luckily, I got a second opinion from One Hour Heating & A/C. Mark came out on a Saturday, earlier than expected. Looked at the system for a little. He then went to his truck for about 15 minutes. Then he came back in to review the proposal with me. The proposal was to only replace the expansion tank. Not only was the proposal less, by thousands of dollars. Mark was kind and considerate. He even wore boot covers, while in my house! The best part is, he got my repairs scheduled for the next day, A SUNDAY! Mark personally came back on site to make sure the job was done successfully, and to his standards. After the expansion tank was replaced and everything was fixed. Mark was kind enough to show me the other repairs that need to be addressed late down the line. Guess who's getting that business?
