“Every time Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Mr. Sparky Electric have come to our nearly 100-year old home, their staff are unbelievably professional, courteous, funny and understanding. It is always an exceptional pleasure having your services. Yesterday, with a partially torn calf muscle, James Laird (Fine Scotsman!) quickly and neatly installed our new Amazon Smart Thermostat and connected it to the newly replaced oil furnace. I felt bad because he hat to travel up and downstairs several times with his leg. But he did it! I had no doubt it would work, as all you've done for us fixes and sometimes greatly improves whatever issue caused our problem in the first place. James was no exception. He patiently walked me through connecting to Alexa, having Alexa "discover" the new thermostat and pair with it and complete setup. When the programming kicked in and the furnace immediately turned on, I was like a 10-year old on Xmas morning. It worked perfectly, until we apparently lost power overnight, and the furnace never came on. I had to re-pair Alexa to the thermostat, and it worked perfectly again. Best wishes to James for his speedy recovery and our continued thanks to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, Mr. Sparky and all the staff at Punctual Pros for all they do.
