Waking up to your home being 55 degrees with a new baby in the house is not a good feeling. After calling another (big) company in town at 5:30am and not hearing back by 8:30 I decided to call One Hour Heating and Air! Thankfully by 12pm Mario was here diagnosing the problem and got our heat going again. He was kind and efficient and the price was very reasonable for the repair and maintenance! I still have not heard back from the other company…

Our heat went out at the worst possible time, during a nasty snowstorm weekend, and Heartland’s One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning came through big time. Huge thanks to Blaine Boyle for running a great operation and especially to our technician, Mario, who was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful under tough conditions. He explained everything clearly and got our heat back up quickly. Highly recommend.
Our AC stopped blowing cold air this evening (inside temperature @ 83° 🥵). Called them around 9pm just to see if someone can drop by to check the problem. Luckily, Brandon was available and less than an hour later he arrived and was able to diagnose and fix the issue by replacing the capacitor. Great guy! Did his job even this late in the evening. Glad that we won't be struggling tonight especially with this heat that we're having... Thank you!
