The One Hour team repeatedly went above and beyond for us. From an extended troubleshooting phone call to sending the team to our house, they were completely professional and exceeded our expectations. One Hour Heating and Cooling are reliable and professional - they replace out furnace without any issue. They did more than installing furnace they clean our air-ducts and most important Mr. John file our CU rebate!!! I forgot to do it and he did it himself all I did is wait to received the check! We highly recommend them!
Outstanding service as usual. Our spring check up and maintenance was scheduled but we needed to move it forward in order to leave town. They were able to do it the next day. In fact, they called and came an hour earlier for our convenience. The service technician was professional and paid attention to every detail of the HVAC system. I rate the technician as excellent with 5 stars. I want him to return for the fall service maintenance.
I think Mario, we did a great job. He’s always so patient and allows the customers to express their feelings. I will always ask for Mario for my check ups on my furnace. I guess I forgot to send this. But since I wrote this, my furnace went out at night time Mario came to the rescue and recovered my air conditioning the next morning and One Hour called and sent Mario… my Favorite ttechnician.
