“Micheal came out at 9PM and replaced the capacitor that was burnt out. He then advised me the fan motor was bad. He left at 11:30pm and was back with Nemo at 9:30am with the motor. A/C is working great and the price was reasonable for a night dispatch to get them out here. I will highly recommend them to anyone. Both techs went out of their way to insure that my problem was resolved. They are a great asset to the company. Very nice and efficient in their work. Very knowledgeable about central units.”

With their professional equipment, they identified the root cause in no time and sent over our options immediately. Throughout the entire process, their communication was excellent. We were able to add an ionizer to our ductwork to keep our air clean, and we even upgraded our membership for regular home service multiple times a year. “One Hour saved us when our A/C went out the day my wife came home from surgery - during a heat wave. They came out within a couple hours, on a weekend, and got it fixed quickly. Home warranty company was being an issue and One Hour took charge and got it scheduled for emergency repair.
