I wanted to leave a review for John because his customer service has been absolutely outstanding. My AC unit is currently experiencing some issues, and while we are currently waiting for a couple of parts to be shipped and installed to completely wrap up the repair, John has already made this a seamless experience. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly professional, courteous, and respectful. What I appreciated most was his patience with all of my questions. I had a ton of concerns about what was wrong with the system, and John took the time to explain the entire situation to me clearly, breaking down exactly what the broken parts do and why they need to be replaced. It is rare to find a technician who takes the time to educate the customer rather than rushing to the next job. He has been incredibly helpful so far, and based on this initial visit, I have total confidence in his work! Avery Blondell who came out to install the parts that I needed did a wonderful job also and in the same respect was very courteous, respectful and had patience with all of my questions!!! Both of these young men were wonderful!!!
He did a fine job. Polite, professional, and he gave me choices about some things without being pushy. He answered all of my questions and he showed me what was wrong with certain parts so I would understand. Very good employee! I give him five stars out of five.

On what was the hottest day in recorded history, our AC went out. Of course, it was a Saturday afternoon. We called and got a Sunday morning appt. Slight upcharge for the weekend service, but they came/disgnosed/fixed in an hour or so. Cold air started blowing immediately. Great work. Great communication and service. Will absolutely use for any future hvac issues.
Jimmy was absolutely amazing! He came out and fixed our AC at midnight, which we were incredibly grateful for, especially with young kids. He was professional, worked quickly, and clearly explained what the issue was and how he fixed it. We truly appreciate his dedication and excellent customer service. We would absolutely use Jimmy again and highly recommend him to anyone!
Johnny was professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Called the company at 745 am and had the issue fixed and enjoying my cool ac by 930am same day! Highly recommend this company and Johnny was awesome!
