“Very professional operation. Patrick diagnosed the issue Did not try to upsell any unnecessary repairs or parts. I would highly recommend One Hour Heating! Post note: Patrick did not leave until we could not get the system to fail. Problem resurfaced the next morning. I called and Patrick came back. He went through the entire system again and per Occam’s Razor, it turned out to be the simplest problem…corroded battery in one of the zone thermostats. Problem solved. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Patrick was very professional and knowledgeable.”
