“My furnace stopped working on Saturday night around 11pm. Left messege about 5am on Sunday morning. Call was returned within a couple hours on a Sunday!. Arrived at 820am in Monday as stated. Turns out a switch was just stuck and no repairs needed. Joel didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and gave me advice to help extend the life of my 22yo furnace.
