“Ruben, a Technician, showed up on time and was very cordial. He found that my system was 16 years old. Of course, I didn't like hearing it, but I knew he was right when he said my system had to be replaced. He called and got a salesman out the same day. This was all on a Saturday. They scheduled the work on Monday, 2 days later. What salesman works on Saturday evening?!?! "Mo" DOES! Way to go guys!! Then .... for the créme de la créme ... The Install Team showed up. Camden and his partner came ready to work. After introducing themselves, they walked around to see where everything was, then got right to it. The next thing I know, the old unit, including the system in the attic, was sitting in the driveway next to their truck. I was impressed with how well these guys . work together. I left for about an hour. When I, got back, they already had the new system sitting in the attic. These guys don't fool around! I enjoyed watching Camden work. Even though he's young, he has valuable experience. He was taught by a real craftsman; one who had pride in his work. Camden is not going "put his name on it," unless it's done right! He's so meticulous that he not only routed the wiring perfectly, he also took out the twists and the bends in the wire. He routed the ductwork in the attic so we actually had more room, even though this system was physically larger than the old. Camden even masked off the mastic that he painted on the seams, so the mastic would have clean edges when he removed the masking tape. You can look and see the pride in this installation. ONE HOUR Heating & Air .... You have an employee that any other company would love to have. He is definitely a keeper!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a very good experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. Josh worked incredibly hard, even in the heat and at times in the rain, and stayed with the job until it was completed. They started Friday morning and worked until almost 5:00 p.m. (or later) to make sure everything was installed and running properly. We had cool air by Friday night, which we really appreciated. I also want to thank Andrick for taking the time to answer all of my questions throughout the process. Everyone we interacted with was professional, courteous, and pleasant. All three employees who came to our home treated us with respect and made the experience a positive one. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. We appreciate the great service!”
