I’ve never heard of One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating before but I’m glad Google directed me to you. They did a great job in installing my gas furnace in my tiny little utility room. It was a challenge, as the water heater needed to be removed to replace the old unit and the space is small. It took three days to install the new heating/AC unit. It was quite a saga. Lots of thinking and “macgyvering” involved to make the new gas furnace fit to the tiny space and work. And they did it right! Through this process (probably met the entire company), I met wonderful folks at One Hour: Avery, AB (hope I got your name right), Stephen, Usman, Gerardo, and Jonatan (the Macgyver). Not to mention the awesome plumbers from Benjamin Franklin: Jerry and Chad. All professional and all listened to my concerns. Great customer service. Highly recommend!!!
