"Shawn was great. He was very knowledgeable about the system and realized what was wrong. He said he'd make sure the piece was ordered on Friday (Thursday was a holiday) and the part was ready. It's great when you can get the same people out who worked on the unit in the past. Update: Shawn came out with a partner again and now my unit is running great. I finally have heat again. He needs to come back one more time just to fix a pipe. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything. It has been a pleasure having him fix my unit.
