The repair staff we deal with are always knowledgeable and highly competent. Today Bud figured out our problem and resolved it right away, plus had suggestions for avoiding repeat problems in the future.

Everyone at Duggan has been more than helpful and professional from the first time I called. It started with Yetta when I first inquired about the services. She explained everything with detail, patience; and professionalism. I felt I was getting a great deal from her descriptions and knowledge about the services offered. She scheduled the services in a very timely manner and did continuous follow up as the services were rendered. Yetta is super awesome! Allen is awesome as well. He performed the maintenance very thoroughly and professionally. He called if he found something that should be taken care of that was not covered under the maintenance contract and explained in laymens terms what was happening and how he could repair or replace it. With my interactions with Yetta and Allen, I'm sold on Duggan continuing to be the company that I trust to care for our home and our rental properties.

Audrey in the office was very professional and courteous and very formative and spot on with arrival times. The tech that came out was Calvin. Could not ask for a more professional, courteous, knowledgeable and polite young man. Being a single woman he made me feel comfortable by explaining everything he was doing. Professional at all times. Kept me informed on what he was doing and the progress of my AC/Heating unit. Took care of the cleanness of entering and exiting of my home and the unit. The quality and value of the service he conducted was well worth it.

Allen has been to my house on several occasions and has always done an excellent job. He likes to joke that he may be old and take longer, but you can always be reassured that he has done the best possible job. I totally agree with the latter. Takes his time and does the job right the first time.

Bud has done such a great job every single time he has been to our home! We actually request him because of his great customer service!

Spencer was knowledgeable and friendly. Very efficient in repairing our ductwork and installing the thermostat. He also made some excellent recommendations for future services to maintain our system and make the home more energy efficient.

I think Spencer did above and beyond. He had to work around the roofing company that was here at the time and he did exceptionally well I'd recommend him for anything.

The service tech that came to my house was totally professional and thorough. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a short time without any problems. Our cooling system failure was diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner by technician, Bud, who explained carefully what the issue was. He was courteous, professional and donned shoe-coverings and a face mask when entering the residence to check temp readings around the house after repair. Bud was just like all the other technicians at Duggan over the last 14 years: polite professionals who always explain in detail the problem and costs associated with the repair. Moreover, they gladly explain any options, when applicable, about difficult decision-making by the homeowner. Duggan employees are like family - trustworthy!

A/C went out on Saturday afternoon, we called for service and Calvin Jones came by early Sunday afternoon. What a pleasure he was to deal with! He was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly! The problem however was a breaker had been inadvertently shut off, which was an error on our part. It happened when we were trying to figure out what was wrong, before Calvin came by. This is my second unit from One Hour, replaced after 10 years from the previous one. We will always be One Hour’s customers, a great company and staff! They Never disappoint!,

Allen is a great experience technician, he find out why is the problem fix it on timely manner, he is very professional and knowledgeable I will definitely hire him again

My 19 year old heating and a/c was not working right. I called Duggens. Spencer came and checked it out. We both agreed it was time to replace it. Spencer helped me with making the best choice for our home. My husband was coming home from the hospital. Duggan sent two temporary a/c window units out so we could be cool in a 80-90 degree heat week. Kyle and his assistant brought the new unit out. I explained my husband Wes sleeping and my son was also a day sleeper. Kyle and his assistant were so quiet and efficient as well as neat while they worked, I was so thankful for their understanding. They even removed the temporary a/c units without waking my day sleepers. The new unit is great. Can’t say enough about the fine service and kindness shown by all the Duggan crew. Thank you!

I highly recommend One Hour Heating and Air. They are terrific from the office support team of Andrea and Deon to the Field support team of Peter. Andrea and Deon provided information on the different services and setup the appointment. Peter was on time and able to diagnosis the issue in 5 minutes. Peter was able to make a partial repair so the unit was usable and was able to offer a permanent solution in the time to get a part ordered. This is a team of highly professional people who are experts in what they do. Thank you!

Peter was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and found out the problem quickly. We discussed options, and I decided to replace my 11 year old system.

Calvin Jones was very professional. He explained everything he did in detail. He explained my options. And BEST of all, he was able to get me some heat on a very cold day. The unit needs a part replaced,but hopefully what he did will keep the unit operating until the part is available.

Allen deserves a 5 star review. He is the best!!! We are always satisfied with the wonderful service that Allen provides. He is courteous, punctual, very efficient, and so knowledgeable. When Allen arrives, we are guaranteed that the job will be done accurately and complete the first time.

Mr. Bud Jacobs is very personable, professional, and efficient. He has provided services for us previously and each time we have been extremely pleased. He's great at explaining and addressing our issues and all of his work is done in a timely manner. Should we need services in the future or should anyone we know require any services, he is certainly the person we would recommend. Keep up the good work, Mr. Jacobs!

I want to express my satisfaction regarding Calvin Jones. He has serviced our heating and cooling system over many years and no problems occurred with the exception of this summer, when the AC cooling unit was semi-functional. I requested service, and Calvin arrived and within 3 to 5 minutes, his knowledge of the system was noted, and the problem cleared. If asked by neighbors, I have recommended One Hour.
