"Alan did a great job for us,he's very knowledgeable. He is an expert at HVAC repair and very thorough. He fully tested our system to be sure that the system was truly leaking refrigerant. He he used nitrogen to pressurize the system and when we saw that pressure was falling rapidly we knew there was a big leak in the coil. The bad news was we can't get a new coil from Rheem Manufacturing until August 18th. The good news is one hour is loaning us two window units until the replacement parts are installed. That's super service. Thanks 1 hour and thanks alan!"

"It was a one day service wait. The air started working during the night??? Called to cancel the appointment. Air stops working again. Called to schedule a new appointment. Was told it would be a week wait. I spoke with the manager and she got two gentleman here within the hour. They were amazing and very professional. Thank you so much."
