“From the phone call to the fixed air-conditioning unit, this company was amazing to work with. They gave me an estimate of 1 to 4 hours of them to be out to my house and they were in here in less than an hour. The young man who came, Cody, was so respectful and polite. “My a/c stopped working on a Friday evening. Called and left a message and they called back within a few minutes. Was going to send someone out at 11 pm if I wanted. “WOW! I don’t remember how many years I have been associated with your company, but it is more than a few, and I have had several technicians service my units, but I have never had anyone take the time to not only show me the pictures of every part that he serviced, but to explain them to me and show me the numbers from his gauges and explain to me what ranges they should be in and whether or not I needed to worry about any of those parts. He explained it in a manner that a novice like me could understand and he asked questions to make sure I knew What he was talking about.
