“My A/C went out on a Thursday night. I called in Friday morning to schedule an appointment with One Hour. Brandon arrived Friday afternoon to assess and give me several options. He explained each one in detail and didn't push me in my decision making. Keep in mind, my heating and cooling unit was 26 years old. I decided to go with the best option available, especially since they offered payment plans. Saturday morning, bright and early, Cameron and Sedric arrived. Without hesitation, they got straight to work, removing my old units, cleaning all my duct work (which has never been done) and prepping for the new units going in.
