“5 stars isn’t enough for Brian. Our AC unit had a refrigerant leak and he responded immediately and didn’t just patch the problem and leave. He tracked down the leak, sealed it, topped off the refrigerant, cleaned mold off the heating unit with bleach, and did full maintenance on the outside unit all in one visit. That’s the kind of thoroughness you just don’t see anymore. He turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a completely painless experience.
