She informed that they are very busy, but they will service us that same day. She also informed that we would receive a text when the service techs are on their way. I was surprised when the The GM and and VP of the company showed up and were actually taking service calls because of the high volume of calls. The guys were professional and very efficient. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a very fair price before doing the work allowing me to decide if I wanted them to go forward. We were impressed by everything they had done, so of course we told them to do the job. They were courteous and even wore covers on their shoes before entering our home.
