My AC suddenly stopped working and the house got real hot. I called One Hour Air conditioning, and they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment. They troubleshooted the issue and immediately found the problem. Both Larson and Matt were very polite and respectful. Our tech Larson was amazing!! I am so glad we went with this company!! Originally, we had Michael and Sons come to our house because they had the first available appointment that worked for family. Big mistake! Michael and Sons screwed us didn’t fix anything made things worse. We are so lucky Larson came to save the day! He was awesome, explained everything showed my husband what he was doing and explained why. Always always go with this company for hvac problems!! Even the ladies I talked to on the phone were always amazing and so nice! Never ever go with Michael and sons!!

The most recent visit was to install a whole house dehumidifier. Two technicians were involved. Both were very polite, informative, professional and arrived on time. No debris was left after they finished. Interestingly, I've had other well know heating/air conditioning companies perform routine maintenance, but none of them recommended the dehumidifier as a way to get better performance from my dual systems & to make the house more comfortable. I'm very impressed with One Hour & will continue to use them.

Mr. Stephen did a great job! He serviced my furnace and put it in a new filter. He let me know about a magnetic cover that I could put over my filter from Amazon. He also updated me on things that I could do before I sell my house in a couple of months or not. He also told me the possible life expectancy for the new owners. Loved the work technician Larson did. He arrived on time, used the booties to Enter the house, explore the entire heating system. Our vent kept on getting dirty after the duct cleaning.we thought there was a leak. Larson was very expressive in explaining the system to someone who knew nothing about it. He provided an honest opinion about what decision to make for things to improve. He has also noticed our broken humidiohyer( we weren’t even aware of it works). He explained what will cost to fix it and steps to do it. It was a very old device, dirty and dusty and not working. Larson fixes it in no time. All pieces put together and my furnace is working again! Thank you

This furnace is a God send. Last year I had to keep it at 74 just to keep reasonably warm. My bills ranged from $15 - $160 each month. This new furnace I keep it at 70 and it's warm. And my bill this month was $27. WOW, what savings. I will recommend your services and equipment for everyone.
