“I'm an old engineer and finance guy, I know I'm difficult to work with. I ask way too many questions and love to know all the nitty-gritty details. Most HVAC companies just come in with a simple quote and they're out the door in a jiffy. Very few can answer the questions that I ask. Completely different experience with Guy.
