“My post is a couple of months late 😇 One hour heating was a life saver for me. My furnace stopped working on 1/30/26 after 9pm. I called 3 places One Hour Heating was the ONLY one that was willing to come out. It was one of the coldest nights and it was after 10pm by the time I called. The owner Dashon himself came out and got me up and running. I was so afraid that the fee just for coming was going to be astronomical but it wasn’t. The part for my furnace wasn’t available until the next morning but he got it running until the next day. Dennis came and put part on the next morning and they respected my request to come after 10am. 😆Both of them are very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, reliable and understanding.”
