“They were very prompt in replying back and were willing to come out the next day after the snow and bad weather and troubleshoot my heating system that had stopped working. Noah the technician was very knowledgeable and made sure all was working appropriately before he left. Which was like 4 hrs later. Reliable company. Would recommend them for sure!”

“We purchased a 105 yr. Old house. The heater motor was held up with a brick. The A/C unit had a toothpick holding the contact open, so it ran non-stop. I called Pass One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning to get an estimate on Monday. On Tuesday Ricky came to look over our heater and a/c. After speaking to him, we realized he knew what he was talking about. My husband recently retired as a Master Electrician and in the A/C & Heating industry for 30 yrs. Ricky made sure we got exactly what we asked for and wanted. We agreed on a 60k BTU Heater and a 2.5 ton A/C Unit. On the following Monday at 8:30a.m. A crew of 4 showed up. Chris and Jacob and the two apprentices were clean cut, polite and even personable. They worked consistently to get that old dinosaur out and get the New Heater in. The whole while the guy outside installed the A/C unit. The whole crew constantly picked up all debris and old parts. By the time they were done at 3:30 p.m. the place was clean, even out in the yard at the a/c unit. All picked up. They were the most courteous and professional men that we have dealt with here in West Frankfort. We highly recommend Pass One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. They weren't the cheapest. But by far the Best. 5 Stars all the way. Thank you Mr. & Mrs Staffey”

Many companies do not service the remote area That I reside in.
