Well... I did call your office to brag about Chandler!! He was a very nice young man and did a great job. I have been very happy with your PASS . A friend of mind suggested I call you how ever many years ago it has been. I really like your yearly plan and the check ups your technicians do. Looking to the questions below: I believe I paid about $170.00 for a years maintenance... I think. I never did get back with you on the winter check... too many things happening... sickness... death in the family. I will say that it was a shock to pay like $80 for a new filter. I guess I don't remember the price... of course we ALL know prices on everything are going up. I'm just trying to stick to a trusted company... and so far so good.
I was pleased with my service not happy with the pricing due to 4th of July holiday. The first service man Jeff was great and walked us through step by step. He couldn’t fix it that day but we had to setup a return service call for Monday and we got Chandler Volkman when I tell you this young man customer service still were so Awesome Thank You so much. So we purchased a membership due to these outstanding Service/Maintenance Technician
All of the individuals who came out to help us figure out what was going on with our AC were fantastic and very forthcoming. Theo initially came out to provide a temporary fix until we could fully determine what was going on and found the problem right away. Ricky was precise and provided insight on the various options we had for the repair. Chris and his team did a fantastic job despite dealing with the crazy heat in our attic while applying the repair. I called on July 3 at the start of the holiday weekend. They had a technician out to my home within a few hours. I live in a mobile home and it was extremely hot. The technician diagnosed my problem and had my a/c back up within 30 minutes. The technician was very professional and the pricing was very fair.
