“Incredible customer service from knowledgeable people from start to finish. Had a very disturbing strong smell coming from the AC. I was given advice by phone that helped, free of charge. I am pretty paranoid about safety and mold prevention, so I called when I still smelled a faint smell the next day. Hunter and Mark checked our system same day, and were able to explain the issue and give us peace of mind. They were both very friendly and helpful.
