“I came across an advertisement on a military veterans Facebook page where veterans/first responders get a free tune up. I was about to book with a other company for $50 but cancelled that since these guys' reviews were a solid 5 stars and not some crappy company giving free entry services so they can con you into other services or lies. Scheduling wasn't difficult with them and getting someone on the phone to do so was a one time thing. The one who took my call spoke very clearly, easy to understand and very polite. They sent updates by text and even sent a photo of who will be showing up for the service. When they did show up, it was in the time frame they promised and were dressed professionally. I was worried they'd give bad news just to gain more sales but their report was very honest and positive. They claimed they'd scorey system a "9 out of 10" with only a light suggestion to do a deep cleaning of the coils to prevent further issues. They weren't pushy, just giving other options and flexible times to do it if we wanted to. Professional, prompt and punctual workers (especially in the HVAC field) today with work ethic like this is rare to come by and everything I witnessed and see if this business points to a strong positive.
