Apsen One Hour has been wonderful, I would highly recommend. They have installed for me a new furnace and AC, as well as a new hot water heater. Both times prompt, professional and priced right. Recently had a dripping water valve shutoff on the water heater, came out and replace at no charge, They are a good company, great staff and installers, very high customer service. Highly recommend!

Anthony was quick and excellent and figured out the problem even had to go pick up a part because we had a leaking valve. He likely relayed the story that Aspen put in a brand new water heater last week. However it was not working and I believe the reason that the water was shut off to the brand new water heater by the plumber, and Aspen was because the valve was dripping when it was turned on. It is not dripping now with the new valve placed in the water flow tubing. I will assume that the water heater will function properly going forward. Thank you, Drew Peterson. You could reach out to me at your convenience about the charges given that this was a brand new tank put in and was not quite yet completed.
