I called this company and they had a technician at my house within a few hours. Noah (the technician) was absolutely great. He is friendly, professional and has excellent customer service. He answered all our questions, and is very articulate and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fix our central air-conditioning unit quickly and efficiently. The capacitor went out. ( this has never been fixed before and the part usually lasts up to 6 years. I had explained that back in October, Jesse was here and it was a completely different issue. The inside unit had built up gunk in the water reservoir and also some of the pipes where the water should be flowing, he cleaned out everything and suggested a filter to help prevent this from happening again. We bought one from him. ( at a very reasonable price). Noah had checked everything to assure me that the only problem was the capacitor. He replaced the capacitor and it came with a five year warranty on the part. I will be using this company from now on. I highly recommend them. Noah and Jesse are the best technician with excellent customer service. Very polite and knowledgeable. Perfect communication skills and very efficient with fixing the Air-conditioning unit quickly.
