I called this company and it's true, the technician Justin was here in like 20 minutes. Justin the technician was absolutely great. He is friendly, professional and has excellent customer service. He answered all our questions, and is very articulate and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fix our central air-conditioning unit quickly and efficiently. It had built up gunk in the water reservoir and also some of the pipes where the water should be flowing, he cleaned out everything and suggested a filter to help prevent this from happening again. We bought one from him. ( at a very reasonable price). I will be using this company from now on. I highly recommend them. The customer service lady was also very friendly and helpful. The scheduling and communication involved with our first service was flawless. We recieved a text before the service appt. with the technician's picture. Justin arrived shortly thereafter to address the pilot light not lighting on our 34 y/o furnace. He was very pleasant and professional. After Justin's attempts at resolving the issue, his evaluation of the issues involved and taking into consideration the age of the system, it was obvious we needed a new furnace. Justin guided us through the process of getting a quote, completed the paperwork and scheduled the installation for the next day. Justin took care of everything for us and waved the service call. We are very satisfied with the services Justin provided and feel confident in the decision made to purchase a new furnace "WITHOUT" a pilot light!!
