"We just got into town on a Sunday, and had no heat for our double wide. The 1st place I called never called me back, so I called Pitzer’s One Hour air. Annabelle answered on the third ring and said that she could send out a repair man within the hour! Derek came out and was Super nice and respectful! He was able to change out two parts, and we were good to go! He took extra time to show us the parts and explain how to use our nest therm. We were very impressed with his knowledge and patience👍"

"Beau was my technician. He was amazing. His attention to detail is impeccable. I also had two technicians by the names of Chris and Anthony, they were incredible!!! They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, found more problems than I was aware of and was able to fix them immediately. I can’t say enough good things, I think I will only be using you guys from now on. I have had 4 different HVAC companies work on my units and I’ve found not one of them did quality work like 1hr does!!!!!!"

"Phil was outstanding. He takes time to explain everything and the company has values. Their quote was 1/3 what another company wanted to charge me. They give back to the community and honor veterans and first responders. I cannot recommend them more highly."

"I really appreciated the speed with which they were able to arrive. The office was helpful! I was forwarded the name and photo of my technician, which I really appreciate. Derek was most professional, knowledgeable. He explained everything, answered all of my questions, and told me of the, "Heros program." Wow! I am rarely so impressed, especially these days, these folks were top notch! I will request to have Derek to install the new unit. Kudos!!"
