"Very professional, curtious, and helpful. Explained everything and made sure everything was working properly. Helped us get the Hero Program set up with customer service and explained the benefits of the program. Two days prior they had also installed a new AC on her roof. They responded quickly and fixed our system quickly, and installed hers in less than 24 hours. I would strongly recommend them."

"One hour air conditioning is fabulous 😁 they reached out to us when I was looking for new ac options and had already gotten an estimate and really did not like our interaction and quote from another company. We are so glad we got a second opinion! We really appreciate our tech Derek’s honesty when reviewing our options and he was able to find our warranty and offer a veterans discount, making it actually affordable! So thankful! Don’t know how we were going to make it this summer in AZ without AC! 🥵"

Both he and Dave stayed way beyond the normal work day to make sure that I had a working air conditioner before they left. I am very pleased with the outcome and results.
