Shout out to One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning in San Ramon. I called them for a rental property in Danville, and they promptly came out and addressed the situation with my heater. They gave me a few different options with no high-pressure sales tactics. After choosing the best option for my budget, they had it up and running the same day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any heating or air conditioning problems.
We had a very pleasant Sales and Service experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. Our new, complete HVAC system was installed on Nov. 21, 2026. There were two to five people at our home throughout the day. They each introduced themselves and asked many times if I had any questions or concerns, and everyone was careful and respectful all day long. And after a long and (I think) difficult day, Kirby patiently demonstrated the new system and answered all of my questions. He even had the first maintenance visit already scheduled for us in March. It felt very "concierge" level and I really appreciated that. Thank you Scott, Kirby, Colby and Evan for taking such good care of us!
I leave five stars for all the work done and the quality of employees I had contact with. They always were prompt and helpful. Recommend highly.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about One Hour Heating & Air and the incredible kindness, compassion, and urgency they showed our family during a very scary situation. We had been in our new home for less than 24 hours when our air conditioning suddenly stopped working. Under normal circumstances, that would have been stressful enough, but we have a young, medically fragile child whose health and safety depend on having a temperature-controlled environment. What might be a simple inconvenience for most families can quickly become a medical emergency and even a hospitalization for ours. From the moment we reached out, One Hour Heating & Air treated our situation like it mattered just as much to them as it did to us. They understood the seriousness of our circumstances and immediately went above and beyond to help. They rearranged schedules, rerouted people, and made sure someone got to our home as quickly as possible. We never felt like just another service call on a busy schedule. We felt like a family they genuinely cared about. Our technician, Michael, was absolutely wonderful! He was professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. During an already overwhelming time, his reassuring presence and willingness to help meant more than he could possibly know. What stands out most isn’t just the excellent customer service or the quick response. It’s the humanity behind it. This company recognized that getting our air conditioning working wasn’t simply about comfort. It was about keeping a vulnerable little boy safe, healthy, and out of the hospital. And they stepped up without hesitation. As a parent, there are very few things more meaningful than having someone recognize your child’s needs and go out of their way to help protect them.
