Mike arrived on time (Actually, a little early, which is a nice change from other companies I have dealt with) And explained everything that he was going to do. He worked quietly and efficiently explained to me the problems that he found gave me his advice on what would work best with my system, and I was impressed with his knowledge. Very polite, young man.
Did a great Job both trips that He made this week .He did more than anyone has ever done during the routine service . Completely Disassembled the entire outside unit and cleaned and inspected everything . Then He came back and did the repairs and Did an outstanding Job . My only Downside to Me is cost it is very expensive this time it cost Me $750 for Blower Cleaning , a Bad Capacitor and burned wire . This in no way anything against Kevin He is the Best we have had since Kelly Scott quit doing Service .
The job was done in an excellent and professional manner. Questions were answered with no hesitation. Kevin has a compassion for his work. Takes pride in his work. And does it in a spirit of excellency.
