“I placed an emergency call when my furnace broke down on one of the coldest days of the season. Ross called me within the hour (which aligns with the name of his company) and arrived at my home around noon the same day. He was very thorough in diagnosing the problem, showed me the areas of concern, and gave me a few options for resolution. “Made a service call for a breaker that kept tripping. Of course my unit started working without tripping, right before they showed up. Nonetheless, Russ came by for my service call, he was very professional and polite. Went above an beyond and did his due diligence to look over everything he could, check all connections and confirm proper power draws, and although nothing was found out of the ordinary, he still called me 2 times in the past week to follow up and make sure everything was still running smoothly.
