I had a great experience with Ross from One Hour Heating and Air. My furnace was not working, and he responded quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and fixed it efficiently. He was professional, honest, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to explain what was wrong and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. My heater broke down at just the right time (in freezing temperatures and right after a big snow storm). I wasn't sure who to call, so tried One Hour...they were great. They scheduled a visit within 2 hours of my call and Ross showed up promptly. He was very professional and neat. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I had another issue from a previous year, that he also took a look at and repaired for lower than what my previous appraisal was! A true professional, reasonable price. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Ross arrived on a very cold Saturday night to address a pipe issue. He came exactly when he said he would. While he didn't have the exact part needed to complete the repair, he assured us he would go to his warehouse and retrieve the needed supplies. He returned promptly and completed the repair. Ross was courteous, knowledgeable, neat, and gave a very fair price for the job he completed. We were very grateful to find someone so reliable to come out on the weekend, and would not hesitate to use again or recommend to anyone with heating or air conditioning needs.

Ross from One Hour Heating and Air was great. I called in the evening when my furnace broke, and he came out within a few hours. He explained everything clearly, gave me cost-saving options, and was upfront that the first fix might not be permanent—which I really appreciated. When it did stop again, he came back quickly, replaced the motor the next morning, and got everything running perfectly. Super responsive, honest, and easy to work with. Highly recommend Ross and would definitely use him again!

Woke up this morning with thermostat calling for heat without blower motor running. House was cold and we called one hour heating and air. Ross was here 15 minutes later. He was kind and courteous. He replaced my blower motor and heat was running a couple hours later. I highly recommend Ross and his team. He did not try to upsell me on a new unit. Professional and affordability. AAA++++
