Ross is awesome. He fixed BOTH my residential AC unit and the much older unit for my business. We communicated over text, and he was not pushy at all. For our business, he easily could have recommended us get new unit, as another company did, but instead, Ross gave an honest opinion, and advised that it was only a part that needed fixing, saving us a ton of money! It's been a few months, and as a gym that has the AC on frequently, I'm happy to say it's still working great! For our residential unit, he was in and out very quickly, explaining what the issue was and fixing it within an hour. Shortly after, our home was cooling better than it was months earlier. He was personable and helpful. For both issues, the prices exceeded our expectations. I was pleasantly surprised at not having to spend a small fortune in both cases. I used One Hour for replacing the entire heating/cooling system in my house - two sets of units. They were really great and responsive throughout the process - from estimates to installation. They explained various options and brands, recommended upgraded air filtration system for my asthmatic son, and their crew were very polite and took care of the house while installing new units while swapping out the old ones. Their quotes were competitive too. I eventually got Goodman units - working smoothly so far. I highly reccommend this company.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Our AC went on a 97° day when we needed it the most. I called and they were here within 2 hours and diagnosed and fixed the problem within minutes. They explained things as they were fixing the issue and made me feel comfortable with any questions I had. Price was more than reasonable as well.
