I used One Hour for replacing the entire heating/cooling system in my house - two sets of units. They were really great and responsive throughout the process - from estimates to installation. They explained various options and brands, recommended upgraded air filtration system for my asthmatic son, and their crew were very polite and took care of the house while installing new units while swapping out the old ones. Ross arrived on a very cold Saturday night to address a pipe issue. He came exactly when he said he would. While he didn't have the exact part needed to complete the repair, he assured us he would go to his warehouse and retrieve the needed supplies. He returned promptly and completed the repair. Ross was courteous, knowledgeable, neat, and gave a very fair price for the job he completed. We were very grateful to find someone so reliable to come out on the weekend, and would not hesitate to use again or recommend to anyone with heating or air conditioning needs.

Woke up this morning with thermostat calling for heat without blower motor running. House was cold and we called one hour heating and air. Ross was here 15 minutes later. He was kind and courteous. He replaced my blower motor and heat was running a couple hours later. I highly recommend Ross and his team. He did not try to upsell me on a new unit. Professional and affordability. AAA++++
