"What a life saver, our AC went out at 7pm on a Saturday night a week and a half ago. after calls to others with response times of 2 days to 2 weeks, i was lucky to call One Hour and spoke with Ben, he had Daniel at out house about 1 hour later, although it wasn't able to be fixed (Daniel was here trying until 11pm) they got us a new unit installed first thing monday. All of the employees from One Hour are amazing, very professional and exactly what they said would happened, did. They have great follow up and i will recommend them to everyone.
