He did a thorough job providing us with several options from a lower efficiency system to a top of the line system. After choosing the one best suited to our needs, Mario was the lead tech they sent out to oversee and work on the installation. I cannot say enough good things to say about him. As with any new install, unexpected difficulties present themselves. Mario handled them all with amazing patience and incredible determination to see to it that the system was working before they left for the day.
