Alberto is an excellent technician he came to my house and ensured my problem was solved and that it was done no matter how late it got. He was very thorough and explained to me all that was involved with my repair clearly and made sure I understood what was being done and did the repair quickly and efficiently. He was very nice and easy to ask questions too I would recommend one hour air and Alberto to anyone in a heartbeat .
Had a great experience today. I wrote a call back and my saleman Yurais immediately called me. My unit had shut down. He put me ar ease and told me he send someone today. He immediately sent Mir over. Mir was super knowledgeable, very courteous and respectful young man. He left me with the fan on while my part comes in tomorrow. He did give me a other option to drain to buckets but i preferred the fan on the AC on till tomorrow. He told me i had my filters on wrong that they were correct size but to use cover after i insert. I gave him my best morning time he agreed and i will see him tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing Mir. He is a great technician, he is super quick with his diagnosis and is very client centered and sweet just like Yurais in management. They have a great team.
Mir came out quickly and did a great job of getting our rooftop unit up and running. He gave me all the options and did not pressure to spend more money. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
The whole experience was excellent. From the time the quote/financing was done to the a/c install and then the duct cleaning, everything went smoothly and very quickly. Olidier, Alberto, Gustavo, and Vladimir where all very professional. Recommend 100%
(7/12/24) I was very pleased with the service that was provided to me today. My service provider, Mir, did a great job and was very knowledgeable. Keep up the great work, and I will definitely be a repeat customer. UPDATE!!! 7/24/24 There was a piece left off of my unit when the technicians came back to replace a part my unit needed after having the coils and blower cleaned. I was pretty upset with this situation, especially when the manager told me the piece I was talking about should have been removed at install. I knew this was not the case. Thankfully, they sent a tech back out here today to pit the part back in. Yasser, is who they sent out today. Thanks for moving on this quickly! I greatly appreciate it!
