I Ran away from my 1st home up in New Jersey because of the the nasty heat wave and smoky skies. I landed in miami very happy just to get upset when I walked into my 2nd home that felt as if I was walking into the belly of a Volcano. My HVaC unit wasn’t working so called so I called One Hour AC and their technician Mir was at my residence within 30 minutes. Mir showed up and went through everything. Mir checked the filter, the fuses, he even checked my circuit breaker. The things that he checked multiple times most techs would not do because most people and companies these days are just out to make a sale for a higher price. Once Mir realized what the issue was he was completely transparent with me. “Sir, you have a bad leak, the unit is old and your compressor is struggling. He even showed me how to know what is the issue. Mir said “I can get your home cooled off for maybe the next couple of months through the summer by patching the leak but you will need a new unit soon. I thought about and said well since I’m never here during the winter months why not just get the patch. However, His honesty and love for his job caused me to tell him to just put the order in for a new unit the next day. This morning I woke up to a text from “One hour air conditioning and heating” informing me that my new unit will be at my home and ready to be installed by 10:30am. I was relieved once Luis and Javier showed up but once again we hit an obstacle because down here in miami we need city permits to install HVaC units. Rather than Luis and Javier telling me that I will have to reschedule the installation they called their headquarters and pushed them to get the permit application done for me so it wouldn’t take weeks. This company “One hour air conditioning and heating” should be extremely proud of the team they have because I for one am extremely grateful for their services. So to my new brothers Mir, Luis and Javier thank you all for taking the heat of Hell out of my home and bring back the coolness of Heaven.
We use One Hour Air for a few of our rental properties. The local manager Yurais was super helpful in answering all my questions. I had a lot of questions. He never not once left any question unanswered. He has great customer service. They are quick and very responsive. The techs that went onsite were also great and provided pictures of everything they did (Luis, Vladmir, Javier). Thank you all.
Alberto is an excellent technician he came to my house and ensured my problem was solved and that it was done no matter how late it got. He was very thorough and explained to me all that was involved with my repair clearly and made sure I understood what was being done and did the repair quickly and efficiently. He was very nice and easy to ask questions too I would recommend one hour air and Alberto to anyone in a heartbeat .
Mir came out quickly and did a great job of getting our rooftop unit up and running. He gave me all the options and did not pressure to spend more money. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
