“Roy was experienced and very knowledgeable. I liked his work ethic. He and Sam worked together well installing the furnace and thermostat. Roy showed me the filter and how to change it and gave a demo on the thermostat. I appreciated that as my old one was 29 years old and a relic. Both Roy and Sam were friendly and professional.
