The agent walked me through troubleshooting to see if we could fix the issue without sending a service technician. He temporarily fixed the issue so we had heat through the weekend, and came back on Monday to finish up the full install of our new thermometer. I had an incredible experience from start to finish, and all for a reasonable price given it was an emergency.
