You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this one-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 2. Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. Stand-By Appointment: This appointment is for overflow situations. This appointment will not have a specified time. You will receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 5. “Michael Baggett did an excellent job fixing my AC. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, quick and efficient - definitely knew what he was doing!!! I’ve been a customer for approximately 10 years and have always have a great experience with the technicians however the office experiences the last couple times have been quite disappointing. This morning I called because my air wasn’t working, I was told that someone would call me back within the next 30 minutes or so to schedule service. She verified that I have the maintenance plan (I’ve been on the plan for quite a few years) when Michael was here he informed me that I wasn’t on the plan because it expired last month - it would have been helpful to have been notified of this prior, why confirm I have it if it’s expired??? I called back after not hearing from anyone after an hour was told again someone would call me back - I ended up booking an appointment online because I never got a call. I’m still giving 5 stars because of Michael and my overall positive past experiences but I do think the office has some areas they can improve on.”

Bruce Kamp joins the Naples team with nearly 40 years of industry experience under his belt. Bruce is originally from Rockford, Illinois; and attended Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois. Through his career, Bruce discovered his passion for customer service and building strong teams.

Bruce refers to himself as a “players coach” and enjoys mentoring and teaching his team to be the best they can be. He also prioritizes the customer service experience and wants customers to know he looks forward to “providing the Naples community with reliable install, repair, and maintenance services; and continuing the quality service customers have known since 1982”.

In his spare time, Bruce enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf. He is also a big sports fan—some of his favorite teams are the Clemson Tigers, Chicago Cubs, Chicago bears, and Chicago Bulls!
