"Kyle was wonderful! I called One Hour Heat & A/C Friday because my unit died overnight & when I returned the next day I knew my puppy & I couldn’t sleep there. Kyle was concerned and said they may be able to put a window unit in the bedroom for us. The home unit needed replacing (I thought so -I tried with previous repair, it was a band aid on the old unit). We made a fair deal on a new one i& they promised to install it on Monday! I’m so pleased and thrilled it will be cool when we return after the weekend. Thanks Kyle, so knowledgeable and efficient!"

"He was very professional yet personable. He figured out what was wrong with the AC immediately. Then he gave me few choices of what I can do to resolve the issue. Once I decided he went straight to work and was done very quickly. He made sure everything was working properly and that the AC was now cooling. Very satisfied with his work I would recommend this technician to anyone with an AC problem."

"Jose came today to do a maintenance check on my unit and I was thoroughly impressed! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and came with multiple options for improvements. But most of all he had a passion for his work. He told me what he likes to see, what he doesn’t like, and even though my unit was working well he wasn’t convinced everything was operating at 100%. I totally recommend these guys! Easy to work with, easy scheduling, you name it these guys make your life easier."
