Jordan was fantastic! He did a really thorough job with our maintenance inspection, identified an issue which we were not aware of and are having remedied tomorrow, and also sleuthed out an important piece of information about our unit that had been misidentified by other techs at other companies several times, and replaced (at no cost to us) the faulty party that failed because it was the wrong part all along (because our unit was mislabeled all these years). Jordan also was a real pleasure to talk to, so friendly, down to earth, interested and interesting, personable and just a nice person, that we felt like friends at the end of the appointment. Wonderful experience!

The team at One Hour AC are the best! Their Techs are always on time, polite, pleasant to interact with and knowledgeable about our AC systems. They have online access to previous work orders, so can see what has been done before and target their maintenance visit accordingly. They pay attention to smaller details too, such as wearing covers on their shoes when they’re in the house, cleaning as they go and putting all furniture back exactly where they found it. Their prices are competitive and they have given us discounts before for being good customers, which has really helped us out. Can’t recommend One Hour highly enough.
