“James not only showed up after a long hard day at around 9 o’clock pm at night but delivered incredible service taking care of my family while I was out of town. He made my system work and helped drop the temperature from 91° back down to a livable, comfortable home. To top it off he was going to see another customer to help them at 11 o’clock at night. You cannot pay someone enough to be this dedicated to service and quality! He just made me a customer for life!”

“James did an amazing job! After a long day he came to our home at 8PM and did a thorough assessment of the homes square footage to size split system appropriately. He took the time to explain the different warranties and present the costs for all system levels. His patience and willingness to come back on the morning of the install and demonstrate the existing failure points was greatly appreciated. “Scott was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Our AC had stopped working and we were not yet members but he quickly diagnosed the problem and installed a new capacitor coupled with a start assist. While in the rain, he performed the install under an umbrella! We now have AC again just prior to hurricane Debby coming in. Thank you Scott 👍 Gerry Connolly”
