"We sold our home & are having it inspected tomorrow. HVAC went on the fritz this am!!! Not having previous service on our unit, we did not know who to call. Our 3rd call was to One Hour. They were the ONLY ones to respond. And we are thankful it was them!!! Joe came ON EASTER SUNDAY with a smile on his face (after commuting one hour), diagnosed, & recommended the repairs all for a VERY reasonable price. This is what “service” used to be years ago. Joe was prideful and thorough in his work & hopefully is a valued staff member. Thank you, One Hour! We found that you service the area to which we are moving and we will highly recommend you!!"
