"My AC went down after a power outage/surge. I called and the tech was out at my house within 45 min of calling for 1st time service on a Saturday! This was great response time! The tech was super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He gave me quotes on items and services he thought I may need and made sure everything was running right before leaving. I am now set up with a service contract for them to come out every 6 months. Great company! Extremely professional!"

"Juan M. was our technician. Prompt, knowledgeable, honest, and patient with my questions (and forgiving of my neglect of the AC system he worked on for us). Availability within one day of an air-conditioning unit failure during the summer in Arizona was a great surprise! Every other company was two weeks out!! Very pleased with our experience! Thanks."
