Have you been there, hottest day of the summer in July, late in the afternoon and your air conditioner quits working? I was so we called One Hour Air-Conditioning & Heating.. One of their Service Managers arrived, who had years of experience, Found a couple of problems which explained would’ve been $1600 as a Band-Aid fix to a 27 year old well used air conditioning and heating system. Tim Recommended a new system for our home, one with a 10 year warranty, and a five year parts and Labor Guarantee. Compared to what our other neighbors have paid for heating air-conditioning units, I felt the price to be very fair and they mentioned that they would match the best price I could find in the area with a written estimate! They provided us with a portable air conditioner that was set up in our home that started to cool it down immediately. The next morning installers arrived, Chris and Dan with the new unit, Very Professional and Polite, they explained the process for the day, And started to switch out our old unit for the new. They worked very hard in the attic, which was very hot all day, they kept their cool and kept their politeness and at the end of the day, we had some wonderful cool air blowing in our vents. And then we felt hot air coming through the same events, they were checking the heating system. After installing a new Wi-Fi available thermostat and cleaning up the area like they were never here. They said they’re goodbyes to this very satisfied and cool Customer! I would definitely recommend you call One Hour Air-Conditioning and Heating, If the need arises, you’ll be in good hands!

Juan was one of the most knowledgeable and nicest techs I've come across. He diagnosed the issue we had in seconds, and had us back up in running in minutes. Unfortunately, I learned that Juan will be retiring soon, so not sure he will be available the next time we need service. I should also mention that we called a few HVAC companies to come out, but all could not make it for several days, OneHour arrived in less than 2 hours after I called. Amazing!

Air conditioner went out on a Saturday during the hottest day of the year. One Hour Air Conditioning made time for me and Tim responded by that evening. He was professional in appearance and courteous. He diagnosed the issue, drove back to the shop for needed part, returned late that evening and completed the needed repairs without further delay. Great weekend service when no one else would come out.

Juan is the best! He is punctual and knowledgeable and honest. He advised me on what I needed to do to get my AC unit back up and running well, but I never felt pressured to do more than what I was comfortable with. He also told me what I needed to so to keep my AC healthy going forward. He worked quickly and was a true professional. I highly recommend Juan!

We had issues with the ac unit cooling as it should. Our service tech was Colton. When he arrived, he was very kind and polite. We talked a few minutes about the issues we were having then he explained how he was going to be diagnosising the problem. Colton kept us updated with what he was finding, along with pictures of our ac unit, and how he was going to be proceeding. He patiently and thoroughly answered all of our questions. He took care of the issues he found with the ac and when he left, the house had already cooled down to normal. Colton was very professional and we felt very fortunate that he was the service technician to make the service call at the house. Thank you!!
