“A lucky find indeed! I am relatively new to Pueblo, so when my furnace stopped functioning, I had to scramble. I had no one to point me in the right direction, so I picked the HVAC operation closest to my house. The pleasant lady at the office responded immediately, and Robert arrived the same day and diagnosed the problem. He was saddened that it was a relatively expensive part, which I thought was admirable. I have had technicians who gloat a little when they know you're screwed. But Robert openly explained why he had arrive at his diagnosis. It was a special order part and when it arrived, he took the time to explain the install and further educated me in the workings of my particular furnace, going over each element and what problems may arise down the road. I very much appreciate the time he spent, as I feel more confident with the knowledge he passed on. I also want to give a thumbs up to Gene, the service manager, who was also very helpful and patient. I learned a lot from both of them. Thanks, guys! You deserve every one of the five stars. The furnace is working like a charm now, and I have become a regular customer of One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning.”

“Great experience with this company! Tom, the service person, called prior to coming and did an excellent job. The pricing of the service was very reasonable. The company texted and emailed to confirm the appointment. They included Tom's name and picture in their communications. I signed up for their seasonal maintenance service. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!”

“Frank was my technician and he was great!! Arrived on time, friendly, and professional. He diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to get my furnace running temporarily until the parts to fix correctly came in the next day. He arrived the next day and had the repair finished in under an hour. I really appreciate that you don’t get charged a 2nd dispatch fee when they have to come back and install new parts. Would highly recommend and definitely will use again if I have problems.”
