My technician, Ivan, was superb! I had a mess, with water leaking from the pipes, along the front of the unit. My makeshift water collection system kept me sleepless the previous night, trying to prevent water from leaking into the closet space and onto the floor. Ivan may well have been Santa Claus, as he nodded his head, gave me a smile and went right to work. He explained the situation and what was needed to rectify it and he did it. Afterward he checked the entire system for assurance that nothing more needed his attention. He offered an excellent, optional maintenance program to assure future peace of mind. I was also really impressed that he used shoe covers inside of my house. I am definitely a satisfied customer!

Jordan was great! He was able to get us through 80% humidity and 90° heat. Our unit went out and he was able to get us up and running faster than our friends took on a coffee run. Crystal explained everything and showed me the stats/ readings explaining them. I knew i had a leak but AC not taking the refrigerant anymore. From start to finish, this was such an easy and stress-free experience. The online scheduling is super great. Communication about the person coming to your home and their estimated time of arrival was on point. I thought it was really neat that they told you a little bit about the person who would be coming in your home so you knew something about them and they weren’t just a stranger. They came in and did a thorough inspection and made you feel like they only wanted to do what was best for you and your home. They don’t make you feel like all they’re trying to do is sell you a new unit. It was just the easiest and best experience that you could possibly have when needing to Have someone come in and look at your HVAC system.
