I wanted to wait until all of our repairs were completed before sharing this review, so I could speak to the full experience. One Hour helped us with several items, including surge protectors for both AC units, UV lights, a motor replacement, and an attic fan installation. Christopher was excellent throughout the process. He clearly explained what each repair would provide and how it would support the long‑term health of our AC systems. He also went above and beyond—while working in the attic, he noticed a few air ducts that had been cramped by the builder and were restricting airflow. He fixed them on the spot. It was a small but meaningful gesture that showed real care and attention beyond the scheduled work. We also appreciate the clear line‑item estimates before each job and the convenient online invoices afterward. The only small improvement we’d suggest is a bit more communication around scheduling and estimated completion times so we can plan our day accordingly. Overall, we’ve been very satisfied with the repairs and the excellent service One Hour has provided!

She took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, including how my system works and exactly what was going on with it. I really appreciated how patient she was in answering my questions and making sure I felt informed about the repairs and recommendations. My technician, Ivan, was superb! I had a mess, with water leaking from the pipes, along the front of the unit. My makeshift water collection system kept me sleepless the previous night, trying to prevent water from leaking into the closet space and onto the floor. Ivan may well have been Santa Claus, as he nodded his head, gave me a smile and went right to work. He explained the situation and what was needed to rectify it and he did it. Afterward he checked the entire system for assurance that nothing more needed his attention. He offered an excellent, optional maintenance program to assure future peace of mind. I was also really impressed that he used shoe covers inside of my house. I am definitely a satisfied customer!

Crystal came to service my unit. She saved me some mula. She was very knowledgeable and the education i received out me in the best position to make decision about servicing my unit in a way that prevents costly repairs down the line. I felt that it was like a "pay a little now or pay ALOT later" type of situation. She was very friendly and had a great attitude as well. I really like this company. No matter who I deal with, my experience has been phenomenal! As a business consultant, I can tell you many people are lacking in the customer service department and so this company clearly sets themselves apart!

Brand new HVAC system installed by others. Guys that installed it didn't know how it operated sent us down a bad path and the unit would do nothing but blow heat with it being 85° outside. Original installer came out spent an hour fumbling around and couldn't correct the problem. Called One Hour, they asked if we could wait till morning which we could. Asked me to take pictures of unit and controls and send that night so they could be prepared. They sent Oscar. Oscar is very personable, well spoken, and listens to the client. Numerous issues including fact that our one compressor outside was not grounded. Oscar took care of a number of issues. System is operating perfectly. Specifically told contractor wanted controls that would allow us to keep the house within a bandwidth of heat and cold and the Sensi controller did not have that function, in addition to which it was malfunctioning. Would highly recommend One Hour Heating and Air conditioning and because of that we signed up and paid for their membership. Here in Texas when you need heat or you need air conditioning you need a system that works and a company that will respond and knows what they're doing. They may not be the cheapest, but my time is worth money and the other original installer wasted a lot of my time and our house was 82° for the better part of the evening. One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning is worth every dime.
