My technician, Ivan, was superb! I had a mess, with water leaking from the pipes, along the front of the unit. My makeshift water collection system kept me sleepless the previous night, trying to prevent water from leaking into the closet space and onto the floor. Ivan may well have been Santa Claus, as he nodded his head, gave me a smile and went right to work. He explained the situation and what was needed to rectify it and he did it. Afterward he checked the entire system for assurance that nothing more needed his attention. He offered an excellent, optional maintenance program to assure future peace of mind. I was also really impressed that he used shoe covers inside of my house. I am definitely a satisfied customer!

Such a great experience from start to finish! Our AC capacitor went out, so we searched Google and found One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning with great reviews. We gave them a call, and Amanda was so kind and helpful and made the whole process super easy.!!!! Scheduling was a breeze and communication was great!! The technician was thorough and honest.
