"**Tyrrell gets 5 stars, but One Hour Heating and Air gets 1 star.** Tyrell Powell was very informative, courteous and polite. He explained everything in regards to what he did and told me proactive ways to keep ahead of the maintenance game. If the company was as interested in me (or their clients) after we purchase all of their products, One Hour Heating/AC would be an amazing company but unfortunately that's not the case. They only show interest and concern in yheir clients when they are trying to sell their products and once you sign a contract they could care less (sinful and annoying). Thank you Tyrrell for being an amazing technician. You are truly an asset to One Hour Heating/AC."
