Stephen Scott from One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating came to look at my outside unit because it was making a very loud rattling noise, as well as my air handler. He explained what maintenance actions needed to happen and answered any questions I had along the way. Also, he called 45 minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and cleaned up all work areas before he left, which I appreciated. A pleasant experience, thank you!

Our heater went out unexpectedly, and we couldn't fix it ourselves. Larson from One Hour Air Conditioning was out the same evening even though we live in Silver Spring, pretty far away. Our furnace motor had died and we needed a new one. Larson diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, obtained it, and installed it in less than 24 hours.
