“First, Rohrers One Hour is very professional, does good work but like all better things they are expensive. So if you want a good job and are willing to pay for it they are probably the best in the business. With that being said the techs are trained to hard sell you on future business to the point where it drives you crazy. Every visit the tech reports some multi thousand dollar job that you need to have done. This last visit they stopped in to change air filters on my two heat pumps. And of course the tech says when was the last time you had your air ducts cleaned. I said 6 months ago. He says who did it. I said you guys did. I guess he forgot to look at our history before the hard sell. I guess the techs get good commission for selling future work. So be ready for it. You’ll hear it every time. For that I removed a star.”
