“James Schmidt was out on a Sunday call today for no heat. James was the most knowledgeable HVAC tech we ever had come out. He identified a few key problems to why we were not getting heat and suggested several solutions and scheduled a replacement for our exhaust fan for the system when the part arrives. (Preventative due to a loud bearing going bad.) We ended up making three upgrades to our system and will be looking for a dehumidifier for the basement to prevent further issues, much thanks to James. Its never fun to spend $$$ on your system but im confident with his guideance.. Please give this man a raise!”
