“I highly recommend One hour heating for all your hvac needs.I have been a loyal customer for years.I can't say enough about technician Jacob Reinert.He is an expert technician. Extremely respectable,knowledgeable, professional, honest and kind.He explains everything that is done and will recommend solutions if there is any problems without any high pressure sale tactics.I have peace of mind knowing that if I have a problem it will be taken care of promptly and professionally. In February a technician came to my house to perform the annual service for my HVAC as I am in the family member plan.He recommended that I have the coils cleaned.I got the price and made an appointment. I did request Jacob to do the job.On March 19th Jacob and Jesus came to clean the coils.While talking to Jacob I showed him my recent electric bill.$631.51!An increase of 124%!! I contacted PP&L questioning the bill.They suggested a possibility of a problem with something major,like heating.I said it was just serviced.Jacob immediately went out to look at the unit while Jesus was cleaning the coils.He came back in and showed me a wire that was not connected and said the fan hasn't been going around and it wasn't running as it was supposed to.He immediately fixed the problem.Had he not done that I would have continued to receive outrageous electric bills until the ac was turned on for the summer.Thank you again Jacob!The wire must have somehow came loose during the initial service appointment in February,causing the unit to not operate properly without me knowing that could happen.(Jacob was not the tech who initially serviced the unit in feb)Not saying that tech did anything wrong.The company is backing their work due to the situation and I am happy with the outcome.I will always be a loyal customer and highly recommend them.”

“Don was very professional and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough and researching and tracing what the problem was before trying to jump right into it. He traced my wiring and he checked my furnace and concluded that the thermostat was faulty. He actually had the same thermostat available in his truck as the one I had even though the model has been discontinued and he gave me a great price on it because it was a discontinued model, but still new and functional. Everything is working great now. I’m very appreciative for Dan’s expertise and the quality job he did and installing the new thermostat.”
