“Had a gas furnace failure during the coldest month of the winter in Pennsylvania. Called One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning out of Lancaster, PA on a Friday afternoon and Technician Donmar Topping showed up before the end of the business day and diagnosed the problem within an hour. Unfortunately, he did not have the part for the repair on his truck but called me on Monday telling me the furnace is under warranty and he could get the part on Tuesday morning, despite the fact that there was a major snow storm Sunday night, and install it as soon as he gets it. He had the heater fully repaired by noon on Tuesday ! He also inspected my AC unit and gave me helpful suggests on it as well. I really appreciate his fast and courteous service. I would give him 10 stars if it went that high. Thanks a bunch Don.”
