After that conversation with the owner, Tim, I have a much better understanding and appreciation for what went into the repair. The responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to follow up and ensure customer satisfaction was impressive to me. “One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is now my go-to HVAC company. I called at 9 a.m. the day after a major Holiday (Memorial Day) and figured I would have to wait my turn for an appointment. Nope! Ian M. arrived at ~10 a.m. and got right to it. Within 10 minutes he identified the issue and got the unit operating efficiently. Problem solved. Here is the kicker - the home is three (3) years old and at no time did the prior owner of the home even realize there was an issue. I have lived here two (2) months and saw the issue needed to be addressed. This was an installation issue since day one that was caused by a large HVAC Company, that does a huge amount work in The Villages (rhymes with "fool") and did not follow Carrier guidelines for new installs. I have lived here two (2) months and saw the issue needed to be addressed. Ian knocked it out of the park! I signed-up for the 2x Annual Inspection Plan immediately and have zero reservations recommending One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning to my neighbors and those seeing this Review. Thank you Ian!”

“My ac stopped working unfortunately, we spent the whole weekend in hell. I called multiple places that I was referred to and this company was the first one to actually answer the phone! I told them my issue and they sent a technician to my home within 20 minutes! I would say that within an hour to hour and a half my ac was up and running again and now my home is cool! The technician was kind, honest, knowledgeable and he answered all of my questions. Thank you One Hour for your professionalism and help. I would definitely recommend this company!”
