However, the owner personally reached out to me and took the time to thoroughly explain the work performed, the cost involved, and the value of the service. The responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to follow up and ensure customer satisfaction was impressive to me. Joshua is a great man! He came to my house when he said he would and diagnosed and repaired my system. He didn't try and just sell me on getting a new system. He educated me on what my system is and advised me on what I'd be looking for in the future if I decided on a new system. I really appreciate that he took his time and made sure that my heat was working with the on coming cold front we got rolling in. I feel blessed to have met him, he is a great man! I called One Hour Heating and AC on Monday to schedule duct cleaning and spoke with Mark, he explained that they were really booked up but was able to squeeze in an appointment for Friday of the same week!! Joshua and Ori arrived on time, explained the process, they were respectful, professional and are a great representation of the company!
Joshua came today to service our HVAC. He was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and helpful. My mom and I were called ahead to alert us when he would arrive. He was even a few minutes early. He listened as we explained the issue and made sure the system was working properly before he left. It was a great experience.
